We have recently returned from a 4-week tour of Sri Lanka and southern India arranged by Greaves. We feel we have to write to say how fabulous the vacation was. Our tour of these two countries was quite complicated – our choice! Nevertheless, all your arrangements went just like clockwork. Throughout the entire tour we were treated like royalty (or should we say ‘like maharajas’!) by the local drivers/guides/representatives. Never once did we feel a little lost or insecure. After doing our homework, we approached 4 tour operators including yourselves, and must say that Varuna Gandhi was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable travel adviser of any of the companies we dealt with. She gave us some excellent advice when it came to tweaking the itinerary before the final result was arrived at. She frequently went “that extra mile” to make our tour the great success that it turned out to be.
AND on top of all this, Greaves quotation for the tour was highly competitive. So as far as we were concerned, the choice of tour operator was obvious. If we ever travel to the Sub-Continent again, and we do so hope to one day, we will without question use your services again.
