Arriving at Chennai airport, alone, at night is daunting but being met by my lovely guide and driver, arriving at The Taj Hotel where absolutely all the staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful and where they attended to every request, no matter how small, along with terrific food, all made my trip even better then expected. The service at Greaves is fantastic, could not have been better.
