I’ve not felt the need to write an endorsement before, but for anyone seriously interested in Indian food… Jonty Rajagopalan rocks. I recently had the good fortune to spend a couple of days in her witty company during a Greaves Travel culinary tour of India for the Daily Mail. She’s an expert on regional Indian cuisine, eloquently fusing its history – both developmental and political – with cultural & religious significance into a fascinating whole. Her passion and knowledge takes some beating. It’s simple, I defy you to find a more erudite or personable companion for eating obscure street food or banqueting like Bollywood prince. Enjoy!
