I am pleased to say that we had a superb vacation and would just like to say that we were extremely impressed with the overall service provided by Greaves from start to finish. The trip you designed was just what we wanted as was the choice of hotel and time allotted for each stay. We did have one instance where the treatment from an hotel – the Taj, Mumbai – was not good; your local team took it up with the management and as a result on our return visit last Saturday we were given a “triple” upgrade to a magnificent suite – so well done to your team in Mumbai.
