Firstly thanks for all your planning. It was a great vacation and we really enjoyed all the Tamil Nadu sites and people. The driver was brilliant…the best we have every had : good enough English, very relaxed and extremely knowledgeable and helpful all round.
Your ground staff were all excellent – our flight was rescheduled to leave Mumbai earlier than slated and your team got us ready and there in time and without any panic at all.
We really enjoyed the train journey : whetted our appetite and we will not shy away from this type of class accommodation for a long journey (though of course not overnight).
The new hotel in Pondicherry was superb: great room, extremely good staff, super pool, excellent location : quite faultless really. They were a little bit disorganized on the food side but that was understandable as they had only been open a month. We stayed there an extra night because we liked it so much.
