You, or any member of your party, may cancel your itinerary at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the Booking Form and is communicated to us in writing either directly or via the travel agent with whom you made your booking. As this results in administrative costs, Greaves Tours LLC will retain your deposit and assess the cancellation charges shown below:

- 01 to 44 days

- Applicable Deposit and Airfare Penalty
- 50% of entire itinerary price
- 75% of entire itinerary price
- 100% of the entire itinerary price
